Exactly what I needed for my virtual 4 day event. Was on WiFi for 11-14 hours a day and never once had any issues. Communication with Kosby was great and check in and check out was seamless!

This is a fabulous place with terrific owners! Highly recommend if you are in Delaware or the Columbus area. Each time we’ve stayed, it has been a welcoming experience, pristine condition, and looks just the photos. The hosts know how to create a cozy home away from home and they are incredibly responsive. It’s a true 5 minute walk to downtown Delaware, yet very quiet in the neighborhood. It was truly one of the most positive AirBnB experiences we’ve had.

This stay was absolutely fantastic, from beginning to end. The stay itself is fully furnished and supplied with everything needed to make it a perfect home away from home. The location was fantastic, being a literal 2 minute walk from town with an awesome and lively atmosphere, even in march. The Host was awesome to deal with from start to finish accommodating, polite, and willing to go out of their way to ensure their guests the best stay possible. I absolutely recommend this stay to anyone considering, 5 stars.

This Airbnb has been our home away from home after extensive house issues. Kosby and Kevin were always very attentive to any needs that we might have come up. They took care of us when it snowed by shoveling our sidewalks/steps and making sure it was salted. They even provided a desk and chair for me to work remotely.
All of the little details that they have in this Airbnb are way too many to mention, but let me just say, they thought of everything! Highly recommend!

They space is just as it is represented in the photos cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for being only one block from downtown. Great location for walking to downtown restaurants and shops. Kosby was very quick to respond when we had a question. We would definitely recommend her place to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay at The Delaware Suites. From my reservation through my departure, I received fantastic communication from Kosby. Upon arriving at the Suites, I was greeted by an immaculately clean and cozy space. Personalized touches such as a lovely note, fresh flowers and sweet treat greeted me upon my arrival. I stayed in the one-bedroom suite and it is tastefully and well-appointed with anything you could need. The shower's water pressure? Chef's kiss! Always a great place to stay. They upgrade the apartment all the time (this time it was a new kitchen table and chairs). This is our "go to" place to stay when we are in Delaware. Very comfortable, cozy, has everything you need, well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable furniture and beds, easy to get to, easy parking on the street, the hosts are very responsive should you need anything or have any questions.

This was our second time staying at Kosby’s and it was just as delightful as the first. It’s super clean and cozy, kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, and beds are so comfy! The location is perfect for exploring downtown Delaware. We can’t wait for our next visit!

I had a wonderful stay! The space was extremely comfortable and had every amenity I could’ve needed—thoughtful touches, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy atmosphere throughout. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful as well.
Kosby was fantastic: friendly, responsive, and genuinely attentive. An available early check-in made the trip so much easier as travel
plans changed a bit.
Overall, a great experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean and homey place to stay!
